Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return your purchase within 60 days of delivery for a full refund as long as the shoe is still in saleable condition (there are no scratches or damages to the sole of the shoe and the laces are kept intact). You may use your reply paid label that we provide with your order to return the shoes (we cover return postage). If you wish to return your purchase, you may log into your account and send us a returns request. 


We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

You should expect to receive your refund within 5-7 business days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


We deliver Australia wide via Australia Post. 

Delivery takes between 5-10 business days via Australia Post. You can track your parcel at http://auspost.com.au/track.
